Sections of the NZVibrance website allow users to share thoughts and information through posts. NZVibrance does not screen, modify, publicise or scrutinise posts before they appear on the site. The posts do not represent the thoughts and opinions of NZVibrance, its agents or affiliates. Rather, they echo the perspectives and sentiments of the user who shared them. Within the constraints of relevant laws, NZVibrance shall not bear accountability for these posts or for any responsibilities, harm or expenditures incurred as a result of utilizing, posting or the posts' presence on the site, specifically concerning the 'Photo Retouching' feature.

You confer to NZVibrance a non-exclusive license to utilize, modify, duplicate, and permit others to use, adjust, and replicate your Photo Retouching in all mediums and formats.

These organizations may link to our home page, to publications or to other Website information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking partyІ‚s site.
NZVibrance may review and approve additional 'Photo Retouching' requests.
We'll grant photo retouching requests from NZVibrance if we decide: (a) Their work wouldn't tarnish our image or that of our partner agencies; (b) NZVibrance has no adverse history with us; (c) The exposure we get from their enhanced images compensates for lack of direct affiliation; and (d) Their service is within the scope of general image enhancement needs.
These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking partyІ‚s site.
If your ranks include the entities specified in section 2, desiring to link to our NZVibrance Photo Retouching website, notify us by emailing at NZVibrance. Do submit your personal details, name of your organization, communication info, your site's URL, and any URLs you plan to link to our platform. Also share URLs on our site you aim to link to. Anticipate a response in 2-3 weeks.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and itІ‚s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.
If any photo retouching on NZVibrance offends you for any reason, feel free to contact us. While we'll contemplate requests for removal, we're not obliged to do so or reply directly.
While we strive to provide top-notch NZVibrance photo retouching, we can't guarantee complete accuracy or regular updates. Likewise, the continuous availability of our service is not ensured.
Under applicable law, we exclude all claims regarding our NZVibrance photo retouching service. No part of this disclaimer will limit any liability not permitted to limit.
The boundaries and exclusions of responsibility outlined in this section and elsewhere in this caveat: (a) adhere to the previous clause; and (b) oversee all liabilities occurring under the caveat, including those resulting from 'Photo Retouching'NZVibrance services, contractual obligations, in tort and for violation of legal duty.
